On Thursday August 13, I will iy"h ride 120 miles for Chai Lifeline, this is an exhilarating bike ride ending at Camp Simcha, a remarkable overnight camp that provides seriously ill children with a vacation from sickness, restoring their spirits and renewing their determination to fight.

Chai Lifeline is so much more than Camp Simcha. Chai Lifeline's 12 regional and international offices provide more than two-dozen, free year-round programs and services to more than 6,000 children and families confronting serious pediatric illness or loss. These include case management and counseling, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, transportation to medical appointments, emergency financial assistance, respite services, after-school programming, crisis intervention and bereavement support, Big Brother/Big Sister programs, family trips and retreats, and so much more.
