As a senior year high school student, I started to realize that life is truly about giving and changing the world. I observed that there is no greater happiness and satisfaction in the world than the joy of making other people happy. Senior year also left an impression on me that everything only happens once and it’s important to seize our opportunities. I realized that if I want to truly make my life more meaningful, I had to ride Bike4Chai and as soon as possible. My father told me about his experiences over the years, and while “it can be very difficult to raise the money or climb the mountains”, he says, “you will probably never experience something as exhilarating and meaningful.”

Donating to this cause doesn’t only support my challenge and journey but it is supporting the children who are currently battling life-threatening illnesses and their families.

The marathon is an opportunity for anyone to reduce the suffering of these precious children and help them live happier lives. Every donation goes to improving the quality and safety of Camp Simcha.
