2020 Has Been a year no one can truly describe!

However, there is something I can describe.
How no matter what Chai Lifeline has been there this year even more than ever! Through the hardest of times for sick children and their families, defying all expectations during a global crisis.

Because of how strongly I believe in their mission, I will be partaking in a life-changing event: 1 Day 120-mile (8,000 ft of elevation) bike ride through NY, NJ and PA. This is no ordinary ride; it’s an exhilarating cycling event which usually ends in Chai Lifelines premier facility Camp Simcha. Due to the challenging times there wont be camp this year but that has not stopped Chai Lifeline from expanded their focus to even more areas of need:

Chai Lifeline is so much more than Camp Simcha.
Their 12 regional & international offices provide more than two-dozen, free year-round programs and services to more than 6,000 children and families confronting serious pediatric illness or loss. These include:
-case management and counseling
-meals delivered to hospitals and homes
-transportation to medical appointments
-emergency financial assistance
-respite services
-after-school programming
-crisis intervention and bereavement support
-Big Brother/Big Sister programs
-family trips and retreats
and so much more.

These programs enable children with illness and their families to navigate , survive and even strive throughout this year
